"In my stay of 2 nights, we met one staff only, at the front desk. We could not see one more, wherever at onsen or lobby or shop. Efficent management ?? I could not judge."

"Everything was beautiful! The Koi pond was one of the biggest highlights. The staff was incredibly helpful, even to English speaking visitors. The area was beautiful and quaint. This was a wonderful way to wind down after 10 days of nonstop walking and traveling across Japan!"

The room waa spacious for two and the view, though interrupted ny an unfortunate haze was still pleasant to wake up to in the early morning hours. "
