"The rooms are small for our family of 4, so I decided to book another room. They are so nice to put our rooms on the same floor even if it is a last minute additional room booking. The breakfast is really good and healthy. The area is close to the bridge where you can see the beautiful Mt Fuji unless it is cloudy. There’s bike rental close to the hotel and you can bike in the area esp to the bridge. My family enjoyed our stay in the hotel. "

"It's a great hotel. Our room had a private hot spring tub with a view of the river. Convenient location with short walk to tram which connects to "Ropeway" cable cars. The restaurant is excellent."
