“Clean Hotel Near Airport”
This was a very clean hotel. No frills, but for the price was great. It was a little smaller than other extended stay places I have been to, but was comfortable for 3 people.

“Not bad”
I was only there for a couple nights. The room was small, but clean (for the most part). I'd stay there again.
“Good for the money.”
The hotel is good for the money. There are plates and silverware. You have to ask for pots. 2 burner stove, full fridge, microwave. Beds are firm. Bathroom is big. Noise level is low. Staff is friendly. Rooms smell funny,but could be the cleaner that is used. I lit some candles to help with the smell. All in all a good stay.
“Price/Value can't be beat when gotten at a discount rate”
Not knowing the area, I was a bit concerned but it was fine. Close to the airport, air traffic never bothered us. Bed was so so. Wireless cable access had to be purchased at the front desk but very CHEAP. ($5-$6 for entire stay) and worked flawlessly. Only "issue" was the smell of what seemed like cleaning fluid. Front desk gal confirmed they use too much. Later in trip I started thinking it was the bug spraying. Bathroom vanity in rough shape a bit, and kitchen utensils were not the cleanest. (nor did we expect that). First time in an extended stay hotel, and know now to bring small amenities to make the trip most comfortable. Dish soap, sponge and a roll of paper towels go a long way! Will try the Homestead in Brandon on my next visit. With the Lee Selmon Expressway nearby, a trip into Tampa Downtown should be quick.
“not a full kitchen”
They should not advertise full kitchen. It is a 2 burner stove top. You have to ask for the cookware which consisted of a 12" skillet and a 1 Qt saucepan. 3 each forks, butter knives and spoons. 3 each cups, dinner plate and plastic glass. I strainer, 4 cup coffee pot and toaster. I had to buy a paring knife to cut vegetables because they weren't allowed to give out sharp knives. If you don't want to cook, it's an ok place to stay.
“Smoking vs. Non-smoking”
This was the first hotel that I had actually been booked in a Smoking room. The lady at the front desk did ask if I wanted my room changed to a non-smoking room. As a former smoker who, sad to say, smoked in the non-smoking rooms; I told her if I wasn't smoking in it then it was a non-smoking room as far as I was concerned. WRONG! The stench never dissipated over the days that I was there and when I left the smell was stuck to all my things. Lesson learned. As for the rest of the room it was the same as most hotels of it's caliber. All things were aged with a general look of wear. The cleanliness was very questionable, and for the most part I was more than glad that my stay was not an extened one. Over all not a room I would have stayed in for leisure but it served it's purpose for business.
“Horrible”
The room was dirty and sticky. The shower was moldy. And there was a resident prostitute.

“Clean the room, provide services!”
Dingy hotel, didn't get cleaned once the entire week I was there. No additional services offered.
