“great place”
We stayed 3 nights here and would heartily recommend it! The room was attractive; the bathroom was modern but smallish and had nice toiletries. The breakfast buffets had the biggest selection of delicious breakfast items that we had in two weeks of travelling in Germany.
“Small room, fantastic food”
Hotel is located well, not on the Marktplatz, but a couple blocks away with close access to a trail to the Wartburg. The room was a bit cramped, but very clean, and the service was excellent. Of special note: breakfast was included in our room rate, and it was excellent. We also had lunch and dinner there, and, while fewer items of local cuisine, it was fantastic in flavor and display.
“wouldn't go back”
I found the hotle to be very nice to look at but the rooms left a little be desired. The cobwebs must have been part of the package
