"I really dont want to leave this review because when we stay there again we may struggle to get a room. Amazing in all aspects, highly recommend and only a short trip to Hamilton Gardens, the amazing Cambridge town centre and lake Karapiro. Not to mention the "Hidden Lake" behind the property. "Easy access from Rt 1s. But open and closing the gate was a job. We had a pleasant stay overall. But it was really hot for few hours when we checked in suggested time, due to direct sun and AC was off. Fridge had 4 slices of bread in a box with 2 small butter packets along with small amounts loose cereals and milk in containers with lids. Usually we see them in store packed and sealed with regular branding. It was nice to see a cow, sheep and Alpacas around. Good view in the back. "

"We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back."
