I liked that the room was spacious, hotel close to the station, park right in front of the hotel, and friendly helpful staff!! I'll definitely stay in this hotel again when I come back to Ueno.

This property was excellent for the requirements of our family and our trip. We wanted to stay close to Ueno train station, so this property was only a short flat walk which made it access with suitcases. The room was amazing, very spacious and clean, just immaculate. We chose the ciry view family room, and although the view wasnt anything spectacular (our room overlooked a strip club) it was relatively quiet. Maybe next time i would stay overlooking the park, as the park across the road is beautiful. Staff were very helpful at using the self serve check in desks. Felt it was a fantastic hotel for the price we paid, could not fault it.

We got given a room that didn’t match the description of what we had booked. I spoke to the front desk staff - it took a while for them to understand and then they got their shift manager. He offered us an upgrade which we understood could accomodate a family of 5. When we got to the room, the beds weren’t big enough for us all so my husband and I shared a single bed and hardly slept. I feel the descriptions and photos of the rooms should match what is actually available.

We really enjoyed the traditional Japanese experiences within this hotel. Convenience stores were close by and we were within walking distance to 3 train stations. The Ueno park being across the road was absolutely perfect for the full bloom of the Cherry blossoms. We didn’t realise how good a position the hotel was in until several tour guides told us we must visit Ueno park for the blossom!

The deluxe family room is exactly as pictured and the view of Ueno park each sunny spring morning was magical. I would stay in room 810 again and again. Staff were helpful, plenty of shopping, food and several train stations within a 5 minute walk. Hotel is new and beautiful. The extra space for a family of 4 made the two week trip comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better room/hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this brand new property. I was traveling with a disabled family member, and the staff (particularly Do and Daiki) went above and beyond to make sure her stay was comfortable. The location is perfect, across the road from Ueno Park and a short walk to shops and multiple JR and subway stations. Although the area at the back of the hotel is slightly seedy, you can always avoid it by going through the main entrance. The room was spacious, and the kitchen was very convenient. Having access to the top floor Onsen, with views of Ueno Park, was also particularly welcome after a long day. Highly recommended.

This is a brand new property opened just a month ago, and the staffs are kind and quick to assist. You have to self check in and out by yourself but they are quick to help you. The property condition is excellent, my family loved the brand new property, the bunk beds, the large and beautiful room and restroom, the shower pressure is great. Walkable distance for shopping, subway and eatery. Extremely convenient. Ueno park is 2 mins walk from the hotel and we saw beautiful cherry blossoms there as well! The only downside is the street behind this property is in red light district, though I didn’t any threat walking late at night with my family.

This was an ideal place to stay. The location was perfect. Right across the street from beautiful Ueno Park and just a couple of short blocks to Ameyoko Shopping Street. Several train stations close by. The rooms were perfect for families or group of friends. Super comfortable. The rooftop bath / ofuro was a great way to end the day. We completed enjoyed staying here.

What a lovely new hotel over looking Ueno park. Great location to metro and ginza line. The hotel itself is a mint. Open to the elements, rain forest concept. The room is huge by Tokyo standards. The beds and dunk beds are optimally positioned in the room for most amount of space. You don’t feel cramped, unlike many hotels in Japan. The table and Kitchenette are perfect. Bathroom is spacious and has all you need. My doughier and I went to the public bath. It was our first time and we enjoyed it. The pools are hot and clean and the shower stalls have great water pressure. He staff is friendly and welcoming. Will stay here for sure again! Just loved it! I almost didn’t want to write this because I would like to keep this property a secret, so it doesn’t get spoiled by the masses. Thank you!

Great new hotel we stayed at for spring break. It was good size for a Tokyo hotel with enough space to open luggages and still walk around. Close to Ueno Park, a Don Q is 3 minutes away and convenience stores right around the corner. There are some adult bars and clubs in the same street so seems a little like Kabukicho area to me but it didn’t bother us at all. Coin laundry available (about ¥600) and the kitchenette in the room with microwave, stove, hot water kettle and fridge/freezer were such a plus. Staff and cleaners were all nice and helpful. Would recommend staying here.

Gorgeous new hotel with very warm friendly staff. Great location across the road from Ueno park. We loved our short stay here. Only wish we had longer! Thank you!

Hotel is newly opened. Design and state is modern and very nice. Small inner patio garden was a nice design touch. Free bathroom amenities in lobby. Rooms were efficient organized. Beds were very comfortable. Small kitchen and fridge was a nice option. Which we did not use. Hotel facing Ueno park & Ueno Zoo. Lawson/7 eleven around the corner. No hinder of the nightlife street behind the hotel. Safe for kids and families. Convenient to explore Tokyo. Subway and JR stations nearby. Akahibara only minutes away. Shibuja and Shinjuki reachable within 30 min. 40 min Kensei Skyliner airportexpress to/from Narita very nearby. Recommended for families to explore Tokyo. Will return if we come to Tokyo again.

ホテルも綺麗でお値段共に良かったです。 最上階には大浴場もあり、清潔感もあり◎ 部屋のホテルも浴室とトイレが分かれていてとても良かったですし、ホテルなのに部屋の入り口で靴を脱いで上がれるので嬉しかったです。 近くにコンビニもあるし歩いて食べに行けるご飯屋さんもあるし、かといって騒がしい事もなく、個人的に大満足でした。 次もまた泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした！
