This property is way overpriced for the condition it is in. Old, worn and run down rooms, old mattresses, old very small bathrooms with tub-shower. Breakfast is not included. You can do much better for the price of this old hotel.
For the amount of money I paid per night I was expecting a lot more from the hotel. There were much nicer places that I stayed while in Japan for much less money. Had high expectations for a Hyatt and it did not meet them. Would not consider this property a 4 star hotel.
Excellent in all hotel ratings. The room is cleaned daily with fresh new towels and complete amenities. They also supply 2 free water bottles daily. The duvet comforter and beddings are brand new and clean with very comfortable Hyatt bed. I will always stay in a Hyatt hotel n
3 out of 4 restaurants open only Friday-Sunday but closes at 8pm. They suggest room service. Didn’t travel all the way to japan for room service. We had the club room with club access. One time I asked if I can bring my glass up to my room and they said no. Club access supposed to close 8pm by 7pm they’re taliking the food away.
Service is excellent. Location is great. Very convenient when there is 7 eleven on the ground floor. Will stay there again. Love the Fuji Mountain View from our room.
In a quiet part of Shinjuku near a lovely park. Easy to walk to Shinjuku Station but also directly next to another metro stop. Room was a good size - we fit 3 comfortably with king bed and extra Soga bed, with room for bags and more.
Hotel is fine and there are no issues with the property. It is a 15-20 min walk to Shinjuku where there is shopping and food. Good destination if you want some reprieve from the crowds but for me I like to be in the thick of it. Metro station right near the hotel so there are no transport issues.
Very helpful staff especially giving detailed directions to places we needed to go to.

3 hour wait for room having arrived after 2pm checking in time. Club room booked. No attempt to recover situation as I was told hotel fully booked. Checked on the 3 main booking apps and all had availability for the night. They just wouldn’t move our room and felt we should just wait. No sense of care. Most expensive room we booked in Japan and the only one with poor service. Very impersonal. Would recommend avoiding it.
Overall location, accessible to train stations, airport transfer were excellent. Not many shops around as it is located within a business area. Some restaurants were closed on weekends.
Very nice hotel that was close to the heart of Shinjuku, yet very residential part of the city . I liked that it was close to a metro station & public park .
