It is very convenient with major train station beside it. A handful of good restaurants around the station. The hotel was baby stroller accessible. Complimentary breakfast was okay with nice coffee though we prefer to buy from 7-eleven and enjoy the food at the lounge area.

Property was great the room a bit small but the price was good. Continental/buffet style breakfast. Nice work area above and lounge. Note that the gym requires an additional fee, has short hours and a day ahead reservation. Better hours going to the gym at the prince takanawa, it pricier for the gym per day but it has better hours.

Perfect place near Shinagawa train station. Property right across the street. Lots of food and dining options inside and outside the station. Typical room size in Japan, on the smaller size but very convenient to everything. Direct train to/from airport as well at JR trains. Definitely stay here again

Fantastic hotel ideally located next to Shinagawa station, good selection of shops and a 7/11 also has a bowling alley, aquarium and cinema attached. Hotel room was a good size for family of four, shower was powerful and separate toilet. Laudry room located on 5th floor ( keep 100 yen coins) and free teas and coffee in business sulte 17th floor

The property was centrally located to transportation, walkability as well as eateries. Breakfast included with the room rate was a nice bonus. We liked the N tower. What we didn’t like was the housekeeping supply room was next to our room. The supplies as well as cleaning products were left in the hallway in front of our room every day all day…….

Free breakfast and business lounge are great for guests stay at N Tower. Food court is a nice option for meals. Very convenient to Shinagawa Train station.

Prince hotels at Shinagawa are all in the same area and close to JR and Keikyu stations just across a street. The rooms are rather small but convenience is the major reaso I stay here.

Great Location! Great Service!
The customer service is great! It would be helpful if there’s a sign that indicates the N Tower has its own check in counter. I walked to the main tower, waited in line, and was told to go to the N Tower. Standard hotel in Tokyo, but location is great. Immediately across Shinagawa & there’s tons of food in the complex of hotel!

I have stayed at Shinagawa Prince more than 10 times over last 30 years. Main reason is the convenience, closest hotel to JR station where Shinkansen stops. Breakfast is included which is a great help. Negative part is there are not enough space to store luggage but for short stays I can live with.

We stayed in the “N Tower”, where the rate was lower and the room was tiny. The facility was quite aged. For half the price, we stayed in Kamata the previous week. So if you need to be just that much closer to downtown, then pay double.

It is right across the street from the Shinagawa JR station and has lots of eateries leading up to the hotel entrance. It is a very convenient spot to catch trains about the town. The room we had was horribly small for two people and I wouldn't book that type of room in the future.

I stayed on the 16th floor, and I experienced noise disturbances early in the morning late at night, both from the lounge on the 17th floor and occasionally from neighboring rooms. I noticed that the hotel has some age, and upon entering my room, there was a noticeable odor each time.

The hotel is right in front of Shinagawa tation. It takes 3 minutes to walk from one to the other, and it's a major station at that. It also has a lot of dining options around it, and a Catholic church nearby (we are religious). The staff is very friendly and attentive. The stay also comes with an included continental breakfast buffet that you can attend anytime between 6:30-9am. Amongst the days we stayed they served things like bacon, sausage, eggs, yogurt, milk, cereal/granola, soup, different types of breads, coffee, and soft drinks/tea. The building also has vending machines and coin laundry on the 5th floor. For people who aren't used to Japanese room size, the room might seem small. That being said, it was perfectly functional and comfortable. Overall had a great stay.
