The hotel is right in front of Shinagawa tation. It takes 3 minutes to walk from one to the other, and it's a major station at that. It also has a lot of dining options around it, and a Catholic church nearby (we are religious). The staff is very friendly and attentive. The stay also comes with an included continental breakfast buffet that you can attend anytime between 6:30-9am. Amongst the days we stayed they served things like bacon, sausage, eggs, yogurt, milk, cereal/granola, soup, different types of breads, coffee, and soft drinks/tea. The building also has vending machines and coin laundry on the 5th floor.
For people who aren't used to Japanese room size, the room might seem small. That being said, it was perfectly functional and comfortable.
Overall had a great stay.
