Hotel was close to train station, it is close to Tokyo and easy to get to tourist hot spots using train. Plenty of convenience stores close by plus restaurants. The female staff were really friendly at the front desk although the male who checked us in was not.

Everything around the area was close. The area was quiet and close to the transportation, staff was helpful. The only down the bed wasn't that comfortable and the pillows were to hard

This location has everything you might need for your trip to Tokyo. It has shopping, food, clean rooms, and laundry you may need during your trip. It is not the most convenient of locations if you’re trying to hit Tokyos main attractions as an average subway ride into Shibuya or Tokyo station will take at least 30 minutes. It’s a bit far to the Shinkansen too and not conveniently close to the airport. However, there is a limousine bus stop, a short 5 min walk away though. Their cleaning hours are later in the day which is nice if you want to sleep in! They Also held luggage for us which we got delivered there from our previous hotel. Don’t think I’ll stay in this area again though.

Despite it being a decent hotel, clean and near a JR station. The poor rating was due to the customer service. It was very inconvenient and inconsiderate that the hotel did not even try to offer another luggage delivery service to ship luggage outside of Tokyo. (We were going from Tokyo to Osaka) We would have liked a little more assistance or even just given other options to ship our luggage, but the front desk didn’t want to do it, didn’t even try, just shut it down like too bad so sad. Don’t think we’ll stay here again because of that.

This hotel has a great location to the local train station and good restaurants however the room sizes are extremely small. There is no storage for your clothes just 2 hooks with hangers. No dresser or closet is available. My friend and I stayed for 2 weeks and we had to live out of our large suitcases. This is a cute place for weekend getaways but staying longer you will feel quite cramped.

Rooms were very clean and front desk was always super helpful! Hotel is in a nice area with food options and malls within walkable distance. Rooms are small but we knew that and it’s workable for 2 people if you stay organized.

Small room, but got everything we need. Location is great, close to train station, and have many nice restaurants around. Parco next to the train station has a supermarket at ground floor, will stay again if visits Tokyo.

Had a great stay here,,,a great jumping off spot travel around Tokyo on either the subway or rail.Great amenities,had chargers for your phone as well as razors,toothbrushes,assortment of hot drinks for the room,staff was very friendly and accommodating.Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent customer service, clean facilities, close to Kinshicho Train Station. The staff were very helpful, especially when we requested to upgrade our room from a double room to a triple. Rooms are adequately sized given the price point. They also assisted with luggage forwarding which is very well worth it when travelling with young kids. And a beautiful view of Skytree!

This was my second time staying at Sotetsu Fresa and yet again, I was extremely happy with the hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and friendly, the room clean and taken care of, and the food delicious! 4 years ago the food was definitely better (more options, the hot food was hot) but it was still nice.

I stayed here just shy of two weeks and had a lovely stay. I was greeted warmly by the staff and my room was very comfortable. Bare in mind if this is your first time in Japan; the rooms of most hotels are very small. I had a double room and was travelling alone so it was fine for me but two people may find the small space difficult. The room was cleaned when requested and the staff speak a good level of English if your Japanese is limited. I can’t comment on the restaurant as I opted to get breakfast from a near by cafe most mornings. The hotel is a stones throw away from Kinshicho JR station and Metro which has great connections to different spots in and around Tokyo. My one issue is the limited washing facilities. There are only two washing machines and two dryers for the entire hotel. Most times when I wanted to wash my clothes, they were in use making the time I could use them very limited. I’d recommend going to a local laundrette instead. Thank for a comfortable and pleasant stay, I’d definitely recommend!

Very near to both JR and Tokyo Metro station. Staffs are friendly, the hotel has everything you need for. Just quite a dust in the room. Overall it is a perfect place to stay.

Great hotel, Very nice, very clean, easy check in/check out, they hold your luggage after check out! the surrounding area has a lot to do kinshicho station and a mall are very close by, walkable distance :) loved this hotel, I hope to be back!

I really enjoyed this location and highly recommend. The staff were very friendly and accommodating even with a language barrier, they really made a great effort to help with all of my questions. The location is an easy walk to the train station and this specific station is not too crazy overwhelming or hard to navigate as a foreigner new to Japan. The rooms were very clean ( they clean them every 2 days so be aware not to accidentally be in the room like I did) and the amenities were nice. I used the paid laundry room and some of the free bathing items from downstairs. They offer a range of electronics to borrow from downstairs and provide pajamas and slippers to guests in your room. This will definitely be my go to hotel for the future and my recommendation to all of my friends.

Conveniently located within a few minutes walk from Kinshicho station. Hotel is clean and staff were friendly. Rooms are small for western standards but fairly typical for Tokyo standards. Only negative was the laundry room is always busy and the queue is often long even after 10pm. Overall we would stay here again.

Nice hotel good location.
Hotel is approximately 3 blocks from Kinshicho station. 10 minutes to Tokyo station on Soba Chuo line. Good selection of dining and shopping in the area. Electronic check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Single room was quite small but clean and efficient. Hotel had a restaurant where you could purchase breakfast but did not use it.
