Loved the beauty of the location, the serenity of the gardens outside my window and the helpfulness of the staff. Didn't like the lack of gluten free options for food in the bar & snacks, but the one dish I ate all week was pretty delicious. Also, the banquet staff was not always understanding what is GF or Dairy Free, and gave direction about what was okay to eat improperly. It's a good thing my allergies are not emergent, but I did experience issues from eating food I shouldn't have eaten there. Please educate your staff. Thank you.

Lovely accessible hotel. A bit dated but clean and efficient. Location to public transportation was very close and easy to use. Star very friendly and helpful. The Old Mill area is so lovely and walking to West Bloor Street was enjoyable.

Their bar/restaurant was not open and that was not noted when making the reservation. They served for a couple of hours in a small section of it only. Breakfast room service menu is too fancy, no cereals, yogurt parfait, poached eggs etc. The hotel and rooms are very dated...needs a complete makeover. Were directed to park in underground instead of in the normal outdoor parking, which is much more convenient. The staff was very good and the neighborhood is lovely and it's very close to a subway, which helped make it ok.

Nice little gem in Toronto close to quaint shops and easy access to the highway. There are great walking trails in the area as well. Close to the subway too.

This is a great quaint stylish property with a lot of character in a great neighborhood. They have plans to expand their restaurant and bar (currently closed - hence one star deducted) which will be great. Staff are all very efficient and polite. The building and rooms are beautiful and stylishly appointed.

For the cost of one night stay, I found the property to be gorgeous but the rooms to be extremely out dated. We were there for the night of our wedding and asked for a packed or ketchup from room service, they charged us $15 just for a condiment to be delivered. Far to expensive for what you get

We enjoyed our stay at the Old Mill Toronto. The bedroom was nice and big with a nice big comfortable bed, the bathroom was also nice and big with a jacuzzi type bath. I loved the old look and feel to this place, it was like being in my uncles house where you would get lost with weird corridors and multiple routes to get to the same destination. They didn't serve breakfast on the days we visited and we opted not to use room service but there was plenty of places walkable to eat. We had a curry one night up the road in Jane, 15 min walk though a nice neighbourhood and it was delicious. Car parking was in the multi story across the road that had a lift to street level where you had to cross the road to the hotel lobby. There is a Metro station next door to this hotel that was really convenient. No need to worry about buying a ticket as you can tap your contactless bank card on the ticket gate reader and it will charge you directly like back at home on the London Underground.

Consistently Rude, condescending front desk staff. U welcoming to me (a woman of colour) and made no attempt to offer options or assistance for my 90 year old mother who was there for her 90 year birthday party! Just unapologetically told us to climb up a very steep and long ramp to get to the elevators. I observed our treatment being different from that given to other guests.

I wish to apologize for how you felt the service was during check in at the front desk. That is certainly not how a guest should feel when they arrive. Unfortunately our elevators are located in an inconvenient location for anyone with mobility issues.

I have stayed at the Old Mill multiple times on work trips. The hotel has free parking and is right on the TTC line which makes it very convenient as i visit multiple customers. Being able to very easily use mass transit to head downtown one day while driving for out of town visits is perfect. Its a very walkable location as you can meander over to the humber river for a hike or bloor west village for your choice of dining. The rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely stay again and again.
