We had problem with parking cause they told us its free parking but yet waking up with a ticket on my car. so they need to communicate with parking enforcement. but overall our stay was tremendous!

Was clean, free covered parking, and having use of the games room was lots of fun. Only complaint was it was pretty hot overnight and the wall unit didn’t seem to help cool it down. Also, having use of the kitchenette was great, but don’t forget you need to bring everything for it. Dish soap was the one that slipped my mind! Overall very positive and much more affordable than most hotels. Some food options right on sight is another bonus

It’s an ok stay for the money paid. But don’t forget an item behind or you will have to go back there in person. They don’t pick up the phone when you call them. No way to reach any one. Very disappointed in the service.

this is a student housing building at seneca college and i think it exceeded my expectations. the room i was in had 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. it can sleep up to 4 people and for us, it was perfect for what we were looking for. the first thing i really noticed was how clean the place was. it’s only steps to a bus stop and it’s a quick bus ride to the main TTC subway station (finch station). i would definitely stay here again and i’d recommend to anyone. the only thing to keep in mind is that i believe they *may* only be operational as a hotel in the summer when fewer classes are going on.

The apartment is very clean and there are 2 bedrooms, brand new refrigerator, and microwave , bring your own utensils, we had a quiet and comfortable night, just.what we needed .

Was nice and clean however had a weird musty smell. Could use some mirrors in the bedrooms . No mirrors made it hard for us girls to get ready when there are 4 sharing one washroom.

The staff were fantastic. They were dealing with something when I got there but were still super attentive and kind. My room key didn't work and I had to go down to the front desk 3 times. They came upstairs to help and when it was determined the lock wasn't working they got me into a new room right away. The place was very clean, nice, and spacious! I was shocked at how comfortable the beds were, I wasn't expecting the beds to be that comfortable due to it being a college residence but I had fantastic sleeps on a super comfy bed, plus I got to watch some movies/tv before bed! The full size fridge was awesome too! Well worth the money and I would definitely stay there again if I ever make it back to Toronto! Also AC in this heat is a plus! All in all awesome experience! Also very affordable compared to any hotel in the city.

The conference centre was easy to find and had free parking close to the hotel. All areas of the hotel were spotless. The staff were friendly and could answer all questions easily. 24 hour security on site. Price was good for the area. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The 2 bedrooms with kitchenette was very clean and great location and place to stay in Toronto at a great price. The only thing is that there are no small appliances, i.e. coffee pot, dishes, utensils, etc in the kitchenette. I will definitely come back when staying in Toronto.

It surprisingly offered more of what I expected. Nice staff. Very accessible from the highway. and most if all very affordable. We will definitely come back to stay here again. The only thing one has to consider before booking is, it is only available in summer since its a student residences.

This is a Dormitory for Seneca College. Nothing on Expedia says this is part of Seneca College Rooms were clean. But don’t be fooled that is a business class hotel.

Very accessible to transportation (3-min. Walk). Very pleased with air-conditioning, strong and great cooling, covered the entire unit. I had a wonderful sleep and the view is amaaaazing (Seneca's landscape city view). Great quality and value (for around $110 tax, I had 2 bedrooms, full-sized refrigerator, a separate dining space with a large kitchen sink, bathroom is a good size with enough space for walking around, shower's great too). They had Subway restaurant and a convenient store, but the real deal is the all-glass walls that lets you enjoy the nature view in the morning, with huge, comfortable chairs and power outlet in every table! There was just about 1 or 2 diners around 9 am today and it was just pure bliss as I had my coffee there right beside nature while my phone is charging. You can be very productive in this place. Highly-recommended for tourists who plan to stay in Toronto for the short-term and needs storage, fast access to transportation, and enjoys productive mornings.👌
