"The staff at the property were very helpful and accommodating. We unknowingly had booked our trip for a Leaf's playoff game day and were arriving close to game time. Accessing the hotel for check in was (understandably) incredibly difficult and wasn't a great experience for our young family. Aside from this, which was our error, we really enjoyed the property itself as it was beautiful/well maintained, and as mentioned before, the staff were very helpful (they gave us a room on the opposite side...

"The property is at a great location, lots of good restaurants, grocery stores, parks and shopping. There is lots of public parking, car rental as well as city transit near by. The only problem was the noise from the railway lines that are behind the property. If you’re a light sleeper then you must bring ear buds."

"We had a great stay. Beds were very comfortable. Our room was one of the older ones and my only complaint would be the size of the bathroom. Staff was lovely and when we requested a fridge for our room they were obliging. We would stay here again. "
