“good stay”
Everything was great but parking a little expensive.
“satisfied client”
only stayed one night and I was pleased with everything
“All around stay in all ways.!”
We chose this hotel because of closeness to the train station as that was our mode of transportation. Also the lobby was very pleasant and had a wonderful open staircase with a wi- fi desk availability. One addition for the bathroom would be a strong hand bar for safety for using the tub or shower as the finish on the bottom of the bathtub was very slippery . The bathroom was very clean and sparkling, the king-sized bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.
“Easter Weekend 2012 At Novotel Hotel.”
The Staffs were very courteous, Well mannered. Worth mentioning the Filipino Waiter that served as in the Restaurant for 3 days. This Hotel is very clean. My husband and I stayed for three days, and we were very pleased.
“stay here”
1 lightbulb was burned out, coffee maker didn't work, hotel alarm clock wouldn't set properly, HOWEVER, the front desk corrected everything immediately. This hotel is in a convenient location and would stay here again.
“Great Value & Location”
Fabulous location and attractive building... our room was spacious, clean and quite comfy. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. We used the garage and had two full days of parking for $18.00 -- this was very convenient. Did not eat at the restaurant but had lunch across the street at Scotland Yard and returned there later after a delicious dinner at Biff's (two blocks from hotel) for drinks on the patio.
“Excellent Quality”
Great rates and close to financial district. Two blocks from the Hockey Hall of Fame. I've stayed here multiple times doing business in Toronto.
“Good location”
Good location, helpful staff Breakfast buffet reasonable because kids under 16 eat free You pay for parking but it is convenient, rasonable, and can come and go without additional cost
“Nice”
The hotel is in a nice part of town, within walking to many restaurants and attractions, as well as rapid transit. The room was clean and comfortable. I booked a non-smoking room, but we ended up with a smoking room. I could have changed to another room, but it didn't bother me enough to make it worth the effort. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent, especially the selection of bread and pastries. I would stay there again.
“Would use again”
Only problem is the carpet was a little dirty.
