Best little hotel I ever stayed

They are always accommodating. I am disabled and require special attention. I don't want to even have to consider another spot. Staff are excellent, very friendly. I'm sure we will be back again.

We really loved our stay at this hotel. Right from check in to check out the staff were so accommodating and efficient. They offered free parking and late checkout as part of our VIP booking with Expedia and even extended our parking until later on the checkout date, so we could visit my dad at Toronto General Hospital. Outstanding!!! Thank you for everything and we will see you again for sure. Shout out to Jin!!! Be well!

I did not like breakfast at all. For family with 2 kids the breakfast are not good enough. I was expecting something like table from I can pick up what I would like to eat... to have different possibilities what to drink (coffee, milk, tea,...). What did I not like was that it was quite loud on the hotel other quests were noisy during night

価格相当で残念な部分有りのホテル

安かったので選びましたが、老朽化や清潔感の無さを感じ、残念でした。施設や部屋自体にも清潔感に欠け清掃が行き届いている感じがしませんでした。スタッフは親切でした。朝食は隣接している軽食屋から一品選べる程度で、普通の朝食をイメージしていると、ギャップにがっかりしました。

The hotel was in an excellent location. If you are looking for something in the middle of downtown this should be an option for you. Rooms are small but comfortable. Our first room was at the front and we asked to move because of the traffic noise. Back of hotel or higher floor much quieter. Staff were very good - pleasant and efficient.

Great place to stay!

This hotel was great! Modern, clean, excellent breakfast options (Freshii in the hotel), a lovely welcome package when we checked in, reasonable price, excellent location... we couldn't have asked for better. The elevator is a little slow... but that's about the only complaint I can make of this place! Loved it!

Large room and very quiet. Nice location to many restaurants. They've added safe and hairdryers apparently missing earlier. Bathroom was smaller and lighting for makeup was poor. An excellent value.
