"It was clean. The staff was very nice, they spoke English. There were several on-site parking spaces, these were all very positive. However, the beds were very hard, just a plat of wood, and a very thin mattress, even my children had a difficult time sleeping on them. "Booked this online at short notice. Japanese style suite (2 rooms + bathroom) was very comfortable and there is a true onsen downstairs. Overall the best part of my stay in Tottori.
