“Very Flexible, Highly Recommend”
Very Professional and an front desk worker spoke Italian as well as English! I had a last minuted situation and couldn't stay for the amount of days, I paid. When I checked in and explained the situation they worked with me to give me an extra room, instead of charging me a nights stay for changing my reservation at the last minute. My children had a blast! they and a mini playground for younger kids. The facilites looked great and the pool was magnificant! Will stay there again and recommend others to check out!
“Would Highly Recommend This Hotel”
We booked last minute, and it exceeded expecations. Hotel is in a very nice area in the mountains, and provides a shuttle bus to private beach every day. Well maintained and clean, and the price was reasonable.

Perfectly comfortable hotel and incredibly clean. If you stay there, don't miss the fabulous restaurant (Il Fagiano) next door.
“Don't go out of season - whenever that is!!!!”
The hotel proved to be of a fair standard. This was our first visit to this part of Italy and we didn't realize it was closed! It would have been nice for someone on a review etc. to have let people know that absolutely nowhere in the area is open during this time of the year. Apart from a small group of German OAP's we were the only people in the hotel. Standards in the hotel are pretty average. The room was clean if a little sparse, a small fridge, but no safe or coffee making facilities. If you are planning any kind of beach/sunseeking holiday then don't book this hotel before June/July - it seems that all the surrounding towns are closed completely. The only exception to this was the lovely tourist town of Alberobello. I really should also mention access to the hotel - you can only get to this hotel up a very steep and winding hill road and a hire car is a must. I would really think about what you want from your holiday before booking this hotel.
“Good hotel - location too remote”
We stayed for 4 nights and the hotel was lovely. The staff could have been a bit more helpful but the real problem was the location. Just too remote.
