“Great Experience”

Truro isn't necessarily the biggest, nicest town in NS. But, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. If you are stuck in Truro, stay at this Oasis of comfort and service.

“Good Location”

The hotel was withing walking distane of the town & Victoria Park (15 mins). Rooms clean & nicely decorated. Nice gym with good equipmet, great salt water indoor pool & whirlpool. Nice restaurant, v quiet bar. Staff friendly.

“High price - old hotel”

The hotel has friendly staff and they provide excellent service but the hotel is a old structure with old furnishings and fittings and I thought it was priced too high for the ambiance it provided.

“Definitely satisfactory”

Room was adequate, nice size and clean. Liked the double sink outside the shower/toilet area. Had reserved a king bed but they only gave us a queen. However, when I expressed my concern about that, the front desk clerk gave me a $20 breakfast voucher, so all was not lost! The food in their restaurant was good-large portions. Didn't use the pool. All in all, an OK place. Would return.
