"Amazing! I was planning to stay few days just to avoid the flood and ended staying 25 days. Is a hidden gem in Dubai. The only peaceful beach in Dubai. The service amazing! Harshit the manager of the restaurant, Wine the waitress. Wow! Lovely place!"

"Same staff members were amazing though: the buggy cart driver that took us from the bungalow to the parking with our luggage was genuinely showing interest in our stay. Also we did a hike to a nearby camel farm through the sand dunes, guided by the pool life guard. The hike through the dunes was really fun and the guide was great! It’s also worth pointing out that this activity was included in the all inclusive package which was a nice touch."

"Perfection! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing. My husband collapsed while walking and needed to be taken to hospital. Management could not have been more accommodating. They did everything they could for him and were very helpful to me. Grace was especially helpful when I returned from hospital. "This resort is one of our favourite resorts in Dubai. It's quiet and relaxing, with just the right panache without being OTT. The room is luxe and comfy. The amenities are superb. It's got great F&B offerings. A lovely pool and within walking distance of several restos and cafes. We're saddened that it's closing its doors soon which is why we decided to stay one last time. "

"We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."

"We stayed here 10 years ago and wanted to return to visit nearby sights. Its fine as accomodation goes but the staff were a little distant... We now know the hotel is closing for refurb in June and new ownership once that is complete, so next year we assume. I think it maybe doesn't fit with the Anantara brand any longer ! "We stayed in the tent for 1 night. It was only bearable to be inside (even with aircon) after 6pm and before 7/8am! However it was lovely and clean and beautiful surroundings, with toilets etc. the service at dinner however was awful - we were sat down for 45 mins before we got our drinks or even cutlery, then we found out our order hadn’t even been placed. Other tables were also the same with things they needed or wanted. The manager then arrived and things improved but for the price of the...
