"Lovely hotel and great staff. Rooms were tidy with many extra ammenities. Beds are a bit low to the ground but comfortable. Mini bar with lots of complimentary snacks. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant and booked our reservation. Valet parking. Only problem was the first morning there was no hot water :( Staff went to fix the water heater but it did not warm up before we had to leave. Pool a bit weird since it is crammed into a tiny deck space and looks like an oversized aquarium"

"It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay with everything organised as per commitment. Clean and neat apartment with access to most tourist places easily.. there was no one to receive us and I was a bit anxious first but all instructions given with such good clarity that we no issues whatsoever!
