"Lovely hotel and great staff. Rooms were tidy with many extra ammenities. Beds are a bit low to the ground but comfortable. Mini bar with lots of complimentary snacks. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant and booked our reservation. Valet parking. Only problem was the first morning there was no hot water :( Staff went to fix the water heater but it did not warm up before we had to leave. Pool a bit weird since it is crammed into a tiny deck space and looks like an oversized aquarium"

"Great hotel near the museums and park. City and beach both easily accessible by bus or a 40 minute walk through the park. Breakfast lovely, staff great. Only fault is that there is no kettle in the room. "

"The property is nice. The room is bigger than expected, looks newly renovated. However, we can smell cigarette smoke in our room and also a weird smell in the lobby and on the hallway. My wife and I did not make it a big deal. Breakfast was basic continental option. The best thing about this hotel is the location being very close to a lot of dining options and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was very comfortable, and nice for the price. The underground parking structure was very challenging to maneuver in the tight spiral ramps. If you have a slightly larger vehicle (we had a Peugeot 5800?). It was too tight to feel safe as you are going down the ram0 and finding a space in the parking areas. Avoid it, if possible. A small fiat or smart car should have no problems there."
