Great value in a central but quiet location
Definitely worth the price, which was also not exorbitant. The room service breakfast was great (they also have soy milk if you write in) and the room itself was lovely. The towels were nice, the bed was comfortable, and the service was very professional. The shower was a bit messed up but nothing serious. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Aqua B, which is a separate building from the hotel. The room was great. Had everything we needed. The only thing I had to ask for was an iron and they brought it to me within minutes. Great service. Breakfast was good as well. And the front desk staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Loved the location, close everything but to crowded.

Don’t hesitate. The annex property is 10 paces from front door of main Hotel. I do recommend that you take water taxi to the dock for dropoff, as location might be hard to find w luggage if first time in Venice. Clean rooms, big bathroom, staff was GREAT. They bring you nice breakfast in the morning. We were in Suite room 21. Door on main bedroom, second room w sofa daybed twin bed. Room 21 on third floor, stairs only. They handle luggage. But if you have mobility issues not for you. I would say no kids upper floor because stairs lack handrail part of the way. Very convenient to square San Marco & Rialto.

The stay was absolutely amazing. Reception when you arrived at the main hotel was so helpful and welcoming. We got taken round to our room in aqua B and it was stunning. The breakfast options were amazing and offered Gluten Free for a member who had coeliac. Everything was absolutely perfect and when leaving we used the bar in the hotel for a drink and it was lovely in there.

Every thing was wonderful at the Aqua B and Aqua Palace. I cannot tell you how happy we were with our stay. They are so helpful and Accommodating. The rooms were extreemly clean. Not to mention so nicely decorated. The lobby was also very nice and clean. The buffet breakfast was absolutly delicious. Wonerful food, we actually decided to go down to the dining area to eat unsted of having room service. The entire staff were so nice, but one lady (and I'm sorry to her I cannot renember her name. I feel terrible about it.) That is in charge of the breakfast dining area is above and beyond exceptional. Truly an asset to the hotel

Perfect location between Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. Well appointed room, refrigerator, great shower, breakfast served in room. And can’t forget the Murano chandelier in the room.

Style/furnishing/curtains/wall coverings all cute! Bathroom was great. Space with family and in room breakfast was great. Carpeting was aging, but to be expected. We enjoyed this spot very much and would stay again.

we stayed at the apartment section which was very inconvenient. The minute we walked in the room we saw a bug in the bathroom and their response to that was maybe because the window was open . And they don’t have any other room to offer When you check in that apartment section you can’t use the breakfast area because they don’t have enough room They offer to bring you breakfast to your room Which you might ended up with cold coffee and limited choice even though you book the hotel with breakfast included

Dear Farzan, We are quite surprised to read this comment from a returning guest, who was already aware on how our breakfast service is managed. In our structure breakfast is always served in the room (even the previous visit was it so) this is a clear information present on the website, and also reconfirmed by mail before your arrival, you should knew it. Our team serves hot or cold breakfast according to your orders, and that morning the manager personally checked if everything was fine. For the other issue, we apologized at that moment and even at your check out, we can say that surely a small insect on the bathroom floor, very close to the window, could not be considered a very bad situation. Anyway, as you had booked 2 rooms and our B&B has got only 3 rooms, we immediately proposed you an alternative accommodation in 2 rooms by our 4-star annex hotel, but you did not accept it because these were double rooms instead of j. Suites. The rest of your group was very happy, we are sorry that you did not appreciate the effort we made to make your stay even more enjoyable. Our heart and our passion are always available to our customers.

The check-in to the property was little tricky, but not an hassel. Clean well maintained rooms, friendly staff. Easy access to Water-taxi and walking distance to many restaurants. Recommend the hotel!

Fabulous place to stay in the centre of Venice but not right in the middle of the hubbub. Staff were extraordinarily helpful. Even given packed breakfast to take with us to the airport ‘cos of our early flight. Great!

Hotel staff was friendly. Location was great. Room was quite noisy considering they states it is soundproof. The floors are not soundproof and we had very nosey guests above us. Staff upgraded us to the top floor suite which was kind, but was still quite noisy. I would recommend this stay for a central location in Venice.
