The staff and location are the real stars of this property. The staff worked hard to make our stay great, the front desk with helpful with great recommendations for restaurants that were great, booking a boat to pick us up in the canal right around the corner to take you to the airport or an island. The staff in the breakfast room greeted us with "Would you like a cappucino?" and the food was very good, especially the warm crossiants:). The location is very central yet quiet at night. Great stay.

Very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Could use more shelves in the bathroom. No dresser for clothes or stand for suitcases. Should have presented an option at booking advising which floor room is on to aid people with mobility issues as no elevator present. Staff was extremely helpful.

A very charming boutique hotel within walking distance of everything. The rooms are small but accommodated us well. The staff was very friendly, helpful and had great communication skills. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and yummy. The only con that I have to mention is there is not an elevator so be prepared to lug your luggage up the steps. We would definitely stay here again.

I wanted to treat ourselves so we splurged on our hotel. It was a little run down compared to their pictures. The breakfast was AMAZING and the fresh coffee and croissants are top notch.

Not knowing what I was getting, the picture was deceiving, our room was so small, we found 2 bugs crawling on our bed cover, not sure what kind of bug our window opened up to a wall. I felt for the price it was not a good value, but we found everything in Venice to be very expensive, the breakfast was good, and the ladies working there were very nice and did a great job
