One of the best hotel options in Victoria. Beautiful well appointed rooms and harbor views. Comfortable beds. Safe, quite, centrally located, walkable to food, drink and activities. Excellent under hotel parking. What made my stay outstanding, and will make me return frequently is the desk staff, personable, helpful, interested, and warm each time we interacted, a rare find in any hotel, not to be missed. Extra mention and thanks for cleaning staff, always ready to work with my schedule with a smile. Lovely hotel!

The suite was fabulous , view amazing. A very convenient location walking distance to all the things. My only complaint is being that we rented a suite for 6 people they only allowed one car in parking we even offered to pay for the extra spot as we were meeting friends there. Otherwise she I would totally recommend

Our recent stay at the Victoria Regent Hotel was truly exceptional, offering a delightful combination of stunning waterfront views, a convenient central location, and friendly, attentive staff. the highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the breathtaking waterfront view from our room. Waking up to panoramic vistas of the harbor and city skyline was a daily treat, setting the perfect tone for our exploration of Victoria.

We stayed here on our wedding night and booked a one bedroom suite. We always heard great things about this hotel. But when we checked in the lovely front desk, staff told us that we upgraded to a Penthouse suite at no extra charge. They honestly made our day that much more special, we took our first look photos with our wedding party up on the balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The next morning, upon check out, they humbly ask us how our evening was. We will only stay with them downtown booking moving forward and cannot wait to recommend others to this hotel. By far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve travelled that some of the best world-class destinations around, North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. 10/10. We love you Regent!

We loved the penthouse suite and will definitely book there again. The staff were really nice and friendly - service is great! Would be nice to have more amenities in the hotel. Parking was just too tight. The wifi was weak and has dead zones within the room. We could hear the noise from the street at night. Overall, our family had a great time!

Amazing place to stay on a family getaway! Our suite was very comfortable, and quiet. Spacious, excellent for pack of teenagers. Beautiful view of the harbour, excellent shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Definitely our new "go-to" in Victoria!
