"Great place to spend time with friends! Renovated kitchen with a hot water spigot was excellent for a quick cup of tea. The lovely gas fireplace and comfy recliner chairs gave a nice place to relax. Parking and checkin were very smooth. There was a number to contact, which was answered promptly during business hours (as that’s when I needed assistance). "We love Fireside and have stayed often. This time the cable was out and couldn't be fixed during our stay. Perhaps the storm, but still.. The sidewalks to the building were cleaned but became icy later. It is important not to slip carrying luggage etc. The property manager should salt the spots or whatever."

"The unit smelled like it wasn’t used for months. There were ants and found a dead moth under the table upon arrival. Broken tile , bent blinds and a broken chair were noted upon arrival. Management company made aware both on arrival and departure . Patio area was dusty and dirty . Because these are units rented out you don’t know which units are clean and up to date. I wouldn’t stay again . "

"There is a list of fines for such items as leaving blinds open, not putting items in dishwasher, not setting temperature in EACH room, not taking out trash etc. We felt like we were working for the management company, not enjoying a vacation! And we paid a cleaning fee too! Won’t stay there again. "
