We really enjoyed our stay at the Juniper Springs Lodge. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is really good and about a 10 minutes drive to the Village that has Shops and Restaurants.

Very family welcoming and cozy. It was perfect for our family of 4. All the amenities were the best and the view from our condo was breathtaking. It was so convenient to have a lift right next to us especially for our teens that love snowboarding. It was the perfect white Christmas for this family. Thank you for our staycation.

Love Juniper Springs Resort

Always a great stay at Juniper Springs. This time we went through a 3rd party but the check in was still smooth. Great property very spacious. Pool was great as well. Parking on site.

We have stayed at Juniper springs in the past and this condo was the best we have stayed in. Very clean, beautiful amenities and liked that is was a corner room. We will definitely be back.

The property is convenient to Eagle Lodge, Chair 15. We have stayed in other units at this property. However, unlike past experiences, this unit charges extra for daily housekeeping service and a separate fee for trash removal. The check-out time is 10:00am. We requested a later check-out 2 days prior to departure but the request was denied. The toiletries were supplied in small paper squeezable packets. There are better options in this price range.

There was alot of noise above our room. Jumping and running not sure but it was annoying early morning. Also noise below us 2 nights parties and loud music went after Midnight. Room was stuffy and windows only open slightly. Suggest an upgrade to the sofa it was very uncomfortable to sit on.

This is just a condo not associated with the Resort. If you have an issue, you need to contact management, which is not on site. Penalty prices listed are ridiculous! Noisy location above Registration area. Very expensive add ons for cleaning,( which you do yourself), etc. Would not choose again or recommend.

Property was a lot smaller than expected based on pictures. Dining table was very crowded stuffed into corner at exit of bedroom. Sat 4 people very crowded. There was plenty of parking for our 2nd car in garage, but we were refused a 2nd parking pass by this hotel due to booking with company other then directly through them! So we did not feel good about parking in overflow just because they did not want to give us a 2nd parking pass! Tuesday- Friday. (not busy!)

This place is kinda strange to stay at. It has no restaurant and if you book through a secondary party the front desk will give you no help with anything. The room was ok. They have a million remotes for everything and they need to condense it into 1 remote. That can be done. Also you practically have to clean everything before you leave otherwise they threaten to $50 dollar you to death. The owner needs to know that the porch door insulating piece around the door needs to be replaced. You can feel a lot of air coming through it and it whistles when it is windy outside. I really think they need to cleanup the game shelf unit and remove that and put in a corner group couch. One couch for 4 people does not cut it.

This location is not comfortable. The general living area is limited and we were only a group of 4. this picture attached to the unit, is not what it looks like. there was one couch that seats 2 people and a kitchen table with bench seating made of wood with a clear coat that was sticky. had to put towels over the seating area because our clothes stuck to the bench when sitting on them. This unit is to sleep 7. if we had 7 people in our party, I can't imagine where we would all have spent our time in the unit.

Great location, well appointed. Clear instructions and didn't need to contact the host. 3 gaming consoles, books, full kitchen and lots to do around made it a pleasant stay. Nothing to complain.
