Hotel AMBERTON is located in the very center of Vilnius city with exclusive views to Cathedral and Historic Gediminas castle. Many guest rooms as well as 2 conference rooms have windows facing the Cathedral sqaure. Hotel offers spacious double rooms which sometimes can be mixed with Deluxe. Highly rated rich breakfast buffet with hot and cold meals, always fresh pastry and italian bread is a good start of a day. Hotel has safe underground parking in the center of Vilnius, 4 modern conference rooms with max capacity to 80 delegates. Amberton Hotel is a smoke-free property (fines may apply for violations), but has a special smoking area outside hotel with the roof.

Amberton Hotel offers 81 guestrooms in a 5-story property. Double and Deluxe rooms as spacious, single rooms are good-sized for 1 person with separate sitting area. Guestrooms feature minibar and satellite television. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs or showers, hair dryers and complimentary bathroom amenities. Some guestrooms have views to Cathedral sqaure. Services include housekeeping and wake-up calls, limited room service. Amenities available on request include irons/ironing boards and extra towels/bedding. All guestrooms are non-smoking.

“Friendly Staff, Perfect Location, Great Hotel.”
I stayed here on a vacation with my family and a friend. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast each morning was also nice. Perhaps the best feature of the hotel was the location, situated across the street from the Cathedral and main town square. I could see it from my small balcony. The only shortcoming of the hotel was that the wireless connection was fairly slow, but that was minor compared to all of the positives...especially if you are staying for leisure. I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Klaipeda and would recommend it to anyone.

“amazing location, huge difference in room sizes”
Absolutely great location. We loved everything but... we had 2 rooms, both were clean and very comfortable , but 2 twin beds was huge with sitting area and balcony, and one bed (a bit smaller than queen) was very tiny with windows into noisy street. At any rate, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone - friendly and efficient staff, comfortable rooms, good food and above all - fantastic location

Very clean, simple hotel. Across the street from the main Cathedral. Right in Old Town of Vilnius. Many shops, restaurants, pubs, in walking distance. The hotel also includes an excellent buffet breakfast.

“Good central location but limited facilities”
This is in an ideal central location opposite the cathedral square on the edge of the old town and round the corner from the main shopping street Gedimino. The restaurant attached to hotel is very good with good service and Engl;ish speaking staff but there is no separate bar. Neither is there a meeting area except in reception as you go through the main entrance where there are two small tables and chairs (not suitable for a business meeting). We went in the (empty) restaurant area to work on our laptops one day and were continually pressed to buy drinks. Fortunately there are two good wine bars/bistros less than 50 yards from hotel entrance (turn right) and one of them (Vynine Lola) has free wi-fi and a comfortable setting for meeting people. Rooms are basic and clean but no coffee making or trouser press facilities and the shower leaked over the bath (solved by stuffing towels under shower shield). Wi-fi access is free but unreliable although reception provided ethernet cable. So can recommend for location and restaurant but not good if you need somewhere to meet or something more luxurious.
“Past its Prime”
With the help of an interior designer and a lot of paint this could be quite a stylish hotel. Its location is great and its staff are quite friendly and helpful. However, breakfast choice is fairly limited and you need to get there before things such as plates and fruit juices start running out. It's an all-day restaurant so there are pictures of bosomy ladies and lots of black and red decor which might be a bit much a.m. There were no grab rails or shower seats in the supposedly adapted room and our "twin" beds consisted of one very comfortable large-ish single and a potentially lethal fold-up metal one! Decor was a bit drab and had seen better days, but it was clean enough and location is everything, well almost.
“very convenient location”
The location of this hotel is just fabulous. It's in the center of town and one can easily walk in any direction for shopping, entertainment and sightseeing. It was so tempting to just sit everyday at one of the front courtyard cafe sites and watch the Lithuanian world walk by ... we had to force ourselves to explore!!! While the online ad hints at a larger room, the size was more than adequate...I would prefer to raise the beds on higher pedestals ... but they were very comfortable. In typical EU fashion they do not provide faceclothes and I (among others) prefer to scrub while showering and your fingers just don't manage that! Bring your own! The restaurant, while just a little pricey, met our needs and more with attentive service and it's gourmet items well presented! We even brought guests back to the hotel for dinner. We loved it and will stay there every visit from now on!!
“Simple and comfortable”
Located in Central Old Town Vilnius. Central to shopping, sightseeing, restaurants,etc.
“Not for Business Travellers”
Very conveniently placed but not really a 4 star hotel. No tea and coffee making failities in room, no writing paper or pen/pencil - only little things but make a difference. They charge nearly £4 for a bottle of water in the room mini bar so beware. Buffet breakfast acceptable but tea and coffee awful. Biggest complaints relate to lack of any residents lounge and no bar and more importantly for me no business room facilities to work and meet guests. The hotel is OK but no more than that.
