“Lovely Breakfast”
really great breakfast, with fresh fruit, bilinis, artisian bread, great coffee, etc. in an old historic room, loved it!
“Great location! Very professional staff.”
This is my 3rd year staying at Europa Royale Vilnius. I always found the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and confortable. The location is great too...in the heart of Old Town. There are so many places of interest a walk away. I can't wait to go back to Vilnius and enjoy my stay at this hote. p.s The included breakfast is beyond continental, it offers some traditional local faire.
“Highly Recommended”
There were 7 of us booked in to the Europa, Vilnius for my son's wedding. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and courteous. The room was clean and perfectly adequate, and there was plenty of variety for breakfast. Our room overlooked the road outside which has restaurants and bars with al-fresco tables for eating and drinking. We had read that the hotel waas noisy. It was the outside activity that could be noisy, but it did not bother us as we were happy to embrace the culture and the "buzz" of vilnius. If it got too much we simply shut the double glazed windows. We WILL be back.
“Great place to stay in the centre of old Vilnius”
Booked for a 5 day stay from Friday through Tuesday and got great rates for a 4 star hotel. Was pleasantly surprised by efficient hotel staff who had our booking and keys ready when we arrived. Room was very comfortable and clean. Only issue was the absence of a fan in the bathroom meant the room got steamy and was affecting the ceiling paint. Being in the old part of town there was less traffic so very quiet as it is tucked away on a dead end street so no drive through traffic. Buffet breakfast the next morning was fantastic with a selection of breads, cereals, juices, yoghurt, cooked food, selection of cold meats and cheeses and smoked salmon. Our breakfasts each morning set us up for the day. We also had dinner at the hotel and received complimentary desserts. The location for tourists was great, right next to the Gates of Dawn and close to lots of other historical sites. Happy to stay again and was delighted with the value for money. Even celloist Yo Yo Ma stayed there.
“Excellent hotel”
Great hotel, wonderful location - right in the heart of the Old Town. Booked on expedia and got a really good price. Excellent breakfast included, the staff is very helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend staying there.
“Good hotel with friendly staff in excellent location”
We were a group of 8 persons staying at the hotel 3 nights. We have only positive to say about the hotel. Location is excellent, staff where friendly and knowledgable. Vilnius is a great city and this hotel complements a stay. I would recommend everyone visiting to visit the KGB museum. Scary that it was a jail for dissidents all up to the 90'.
“A good choice for central Vilnius”
Lovely hotel in excellent position in old Vilnius. Our room - a standard double - was spacious with a very large bathroom. Breakfast is excellent with a huge choice, served in the old vaulted cellars which are historic well preserved and charming. There are some very nice other old features dotted about the hotel. Staff were pleasant friendly and helpful. Only criticisms - no tea / coffee making facilities in the room; the tea cups at breakfast are too small
“Europa Royale Vilnius”
The hotel was very comfortable and well appointed. Some important people have stayed there - like Yo Yo Ma, the world famous cellist, and Lord George Robertson when he was Secretary General of NATO. The dining room on the ground floor is like a vaulted cellar with a quiet atmosphere. The food for dinner was superb as was the self service breakfast. The location is superb - just beside The Gate of Dawn and at the entrance to the old city which is so beautiful. The Philharmonic Hall is just across the road. I would highly recommend this hotel and price was good too.
“going back”
everything was as advertised
“The small cozy place for people who like history”
The best things in this small cozy place are the staff ready to help and the location next to the main old street used by pedestrians and full of restaurants and local shops.
