It was close enough to easily walk to the resort within a few minutes, very reasonable in cost, and the proprietors are wonderful people. "We just enjoyed the best two nights here! We loved learning about the history of the Inn and the place is so well preserved. The innkeeper and chef were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was so delicious both mornings. The location was great as well. Almost everywhere we wanted to go regardless of the direction was 15-20 minutes away. There was an amazing pizza place right around the corner that we would definitely suggest going to. We highly recommend this inn and will surely be...

"This is a very nice B&B located conveniently to the attractions around Kerr Lake Reservoir . It is owned and operated by a couple from the Netherlands who sprinkle a little Dutch into the breakfast. The house was a pre-civil war Tobacco Plantation home. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and Martin, our host was very attentive and helpful. I would rate it a very good value"

"My wife and I stayed at The Boulevard Inn for a quick weekend trip and everything about it was top notch. Mitch and Roni are amazing and welcoming, and willing to help in any way. The breakfasts and evening wine/food were so well done. Our room was immaculate. The whole is great. You can walk to the museums, shops, food, etc. Perfect location and place to stay. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Williamsburg Sampler B & B. The accommodations were lovely - cozy and inviting decor with several different seating areas for guests downstairs to relax outside of their rooms in addition to a open and large kitchen - dining area. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well appointed. The Breakfasts were suburb! Stephanie, the B & B hostess out-did herself with her hospitality. Pluses included that Colonial Williamsburg and a variety of restaurants...
