“Going back”

“Decent, clean, comfortable”

Okay, so I couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat, the room was cramped, and breakfast choices were lacking. But the place offered lots of amenities for the price, like coffee in the room, hairdryer, ironing board, etc, and the beds were comfortable. And the desk was very responsive when we called and said we were short on bath towels. I'd not hesitate to stay there again.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

We had stayed at the WW Travelodge a few years back, and had found it poorly maintained. We chose it this year for their low rates, but were pleased across the board with this facility. It was clean and well managed, staff was friendly, and our room was well equipped with TV, refrig, microwave, and safe. The breakfast while "continental" included coffee and tea, choice of dry cereals, fresh fruit, juices and milk, bagels and cream cheese, more than enough at these prices, and it came with a complimentary newspaper. The location is only a couple blocks from the main business district in WW. We will definitely stay here again.

It was refreshing to see that staying within my business budget (self employed) does not always mean staying in less than standard accomidations. This was a surprising acception. My room was very clean! The staff was very helpful with directions and had a very nice helpful attitude. The room is near a good restaurant and a starbucks, and far from the 2 star review, those people must have had the wrong motel. Thanks again,

“Great location, great value for a 2-star, perfect for budget traveling.”

The room was very clean and a surprise for a 2-star. The location was perfect, walked to Whitman, through downtown, and to the Farmer's Market. Most surprising is how comfortable the bed was.......definitely was not expecting that. Hot tub did not look too inviting.

Great place to stay. Good location. And there is a great local restraurant within walking distance. A must place to dine.

“It was OK”

Hotel was good except for the fact that room service didn't return after the first time coming by to clean and we weren't ready yet. Usually when this happens they will come back in an hour or so but when we returned for the day we found that the room wasn't cleaned and we had to request more towels ourselves. Also, the pool needs more lawn style chairs so people can layout in the sun

“Walla Walla”

The only reason that I would not recommend is that most of our friends/family have higher expectations than I do... I was dissapointed that I had to climb on furniture to get the heater on to an appropriate temp; I got in later...about 10pm and was just given a key and no orientation except where the room was; the hair dryer outlet did not work.
