“Excellent except for one thing”

I only have one complaint and that is that the internet access was not available in the room as promised. I approached the front desk and they gave me limited help and neglected to tell me that they have a number to call for technical help. I found this out when I was checking out.

“Comfort Inn Meadowlands”

Well-run, clean, basic hotel that has a decent continental breakfast included. If you're looking for a good deal - this is the place to go. If you're looking for luxury, it is not. Would stay there again.

“Just don't ask for a cab”

I stayed in this hotel twice, once for 3 days and once for 2, check in was a breeze, as was check out, breakfast was great, room was great, really comfy pillows, nice bedding, curtains etc...However, I went down to the desk to request a cab to the airport for the next morning (I asked at about 5:30pm), All I got from the front clerk was "oh..." I asked if that was a problem, she said she wasn't sure. She gave me a number of a person that was "reliable" that number was out of service, I called the 3 numbers in the desk directory and they were all out of service, Called back down to the front desk and they gave me a 5th number to "try". I got one, but it was not the easy task it should have been. Other than that, the stay was fine.
