"Lovely hotel, staff very efficient and good at what they do. Breakfast was lovely as well. However the hot tub, sauna etc wasn't available outside of the hours 7-10 in the morning. Granted the hotel is mainly for business people so wouldn't have expected the leisure facilities to be open in the middle od the day. However i would have expected them to be open in the evening, more so than between 8:30 & 10 in the morning."

"Very clean, modern hotel which is very good value if you don't mind the absence of a wardrobe or the loudish, non-controllable aircon. The location is convenient and the price is low for Utrecht. It's right next to a station and a tram route and 5 minutes walk from the edge of the old town. The sound of the aircon bothered me but my wife didn't notice so I suppose it depends on your tolerance to background noise. It would have been nice to be able to turn it down or off but there are no controls...

"I absolutely enjoyed staying here at the Bunk Hotel. It was conveniently located to Utrecht Centraal and had several options for dining close by. I had originally booked a pod for 4 nights and loved it so much that, when I had a change to my itinerary, I stayed an extra night. The bed in the pod was so comfy and I liked how the pod rooms were designed. I will absolutely book again to stay here when I return to the Netherlands one day. :) 10/10."

It’s close to the train station (pro tip: you can cut through the mall instead of walking all the way around the block!), and we had the most amazing meal ever at SMAAK, which is conveniently situated in the alleyway directly behind the hotel. There’s a Starbucks right next door and a grocery store nearby, and it’s within walking distance of the canal district with all its shops and restaurants, and there’s a bike rental shop close by...
