“Great view of the lake and park”

Clean, large, quiet room. Overlooked the pool, park, and lake. Nice pools and hot tubs. Would definately stay again.

This hotel qualifies as one of the best I have ever stayed in. The staff from the cleaning ladies to the people at the front desk were friendly, polite., and seemed genuinely interested in making your stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel another time in the future. Also had one of the best breakfasts available to it's guests.

“Perfect Weekend Away”

We booked this hotel last minute when we decided to take a quick trip for our anniversary, and we enjoyed our stay! The pool is great and the rooms were big. We had a room on the bottom floor with french doors that opened to the outside patio, which was just a few short steps from breakfast, and the swimming pool. The only suggestions for improvement would be some updates to the decor and furniture in the rooms, the room was so big, even with 2 queen beds, I felt like there was enough room to do cartwheels...I think adding a few pieces of furniture inside the rooms would improve the feel, and make it more cozy. Also, bring swim towels for the pool, the ones they provide are the size of the ones you get at the gym. We would recommend this hotel to others, and would be happy to stay again!

“Good family spot”

Great views of Lake Chelan and right next to a lakeside park. Two pools and 2 hottubs with BBQs available. Nice, large breakfast room with a nice variety of breakfast foods.

“Comfort in the Sun”

A weekend get away that was highlighted by the outstanding comfort and care of this Lake Chelan location. The large, well appointed room was a nice surpirse compared to so many motel rooms. We wish we would have stayed another night instead of moving to our next location. It made our short trip a fond memory.

The room we had was very large. Jacuzzi tub in bedroom, not the bathroom. Good breakfast with lots of choices.

This hotel is great. Everything was very clean, the location is awesome, and the staff went above and beyond to help make our stay very enjoyable. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chelan.

We decided to go to lake chelan for spring break and do some fishing. we checked expedia for accomodations (just like all our trips ) and we had to choose between Campbells and best western. what tipped the scales in BW's favor was their indoor pool since it was still cold outside.The room was clean, a nice kitchenette with plates and utensils in the cupboard, coffee maker, microwave, a good sized lcd flat screen with cable. the WiFi signal was excellent. but what really impressed me most was their breakfast buffet. there was a lot of selection, and you can dine in on site. other hotels will only serve eggs, muffins and bad coffee. but they had plenty to choose from. Overall i would give this place an A +.

“Cheaper than Campbell's or Great View Lodge”

Compared to the prices of the neighboring hotels in the area,this hotel is way cheaper and well worth the price we paid. Kids enjoyed the pools both indoor and outdoor. The room has a kitchenette and a great view and the complimentary breakfast includes cheese omelette and waffles in addition to a typical continental breakfast.

Wonderful facility, amenities, service, and location; only parking was a bit of an issue. Situated adjacent to beautiful, waterfront park. Great views of lake and mountains. Easy access and located less that 5 minutes drive to Chelan Lake cruises and downtown area.
