"The Reef is beautiful only downfall was its far removed for the rest of the resort and activities. Much quieter and lots of families with children. Some staff were nice and some staff made you feel like you were an imposition to them. As a guest at the hotel the staff should treat their clientele with the utmost respect and try to accommodate them at their best ability. Traveling with families I would recommend the Reef since he it far removed from casino. "
