“Great base for the Karolyi Gymnastics Training Center”
We found the motel conveniently located for a home base when my daughter had to go to the Karolyi Gymnastics Training Center. The staff was efficient and friendly.

For the price of this hotel, you can't get a cleaner room. The pool was also very clean. The breakfast was also very good, with a lot of choices. Highly recommend this hotel for the price.

“I would visit this Best Western again.”
My stay at the Best Western Willis was 3 days duration. Though I felt the cleaning staff could have done a better job the second day, it appeared that they were in a hurry so as not to be intrusive since they knew I left the room to allow them time to clean. Kudo's however go the the desk staff, especially the young woman who checked me in. I had been assigned the wrong room, (regular king instead of the king suite I had requested and paid for). When I brought it to her attention, she immediately handled the situation, placed me in the reserved type room, apologized profusely, and allowed me to look at the room first to make sure it met my needs. I wish I could remember her full name to let the company know what a service recovery person they have in her. Also too funny,,, thier breakfast menu includes waffles in the shape of the State of Texas. This reminds all that Texans are certainly Glad to be Texans. I found it charming.
“Would stay there again!!”
We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean when we arrived, breakfast was good, and everyone was friendly. The only issue we had was when housekeeping called the first morning to see if we needed them to clean the room. I asked them to take care of the bathroom; I think they forgot. From that point, we asked them to take care of the whole room.
“Fantastic and affordable”
This hotel had extremely friendly front desk service and was in great and clean condition. It's also really close to several places to eat and shop. My reason for visiting was centered around lake Conroe, which was very conveniently near this hotel.

it was real quiet and relaxing... you couldn't here people walking above you. the room was nice...they also provided us with things we forgot at home

I had a procedure done in Houston & had to stay in the hotel to recover, it was very clean & conviently located next to McDonalds :)
“For my brother”
i rented this room for my brother. he lives really far away and he wanted to stay late for my daughter's wedding. he had nothing but great things about his hotel room. he said he had a great night sleep.
