"First and foremost I want to talk about the staff of this hotel… they are super friendly, professional and sincere. This also includes the bar upstairs… great barman and waiters in the evening. "This hotel definitely has its quirks. The shag carpet is something that we read about in other reviews & is one of the things that made the hotel not feel as clean. Besides that the hotel has a lot of character & is a really convenient location for exploring we city. We walked every where we wanted & needed to!
