“Cannot fault this hotel”
Cannot fault this hotel at all. Had a fantastic 2 night stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful and there is so much to do in the hotel itself. Loved it.

“Worth searching for.”
This hotel is hard to find hidden in the back of a shopping center, but was one of the nicest places we stayed in two weeks in England. It is a beautiful new hotel with great amenities. The pool is lovely, and the food was excellent. Most of the guests were business people and, therefore, the weekend rates were very reasonable.

Pretty good value for money, having access to the pool was a great bonus, and great to find a couple of real ales on at the bar.

“Nice hotel, helpful staff, poor location”
We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very nice and very helpful. Our room was changed imediately when we complained the bathroom extractor was not working. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were superb. The only negative was the location - a retail park. Book a table for dinner or you will be disappointed. Very little information in room so missed the breakfast which was paid for.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Unfortunately Plastic/towelling sheet cover on mattress made t bed very hot. Appreciate hygienic reasons, but would suggest this needs addressing.
“Good hotel, but get a room at the back!”
The hotel was clean & comfortable. When I arrived, I was given a very noisy room by a busy road and as the window did not close properly, I asked to be moved - the receptionist was very helpful and moved me immediately. The new room overlooked a Ten Pin bowling alley with music pumped outside until late at night - rather uncivilised! However, the food was good & the staff were friendly. The leisure facilities were great & not too busy. Generally I would recommend this hotel.
“Good Location”
We used this hotel as a good location to explore Bath and the Cotswolds. Swindon itself has little to attract a visitor, but there is a lot within a 30 - 40 mile radius. The Hotel itself is clean and the staff are very helpful, but the Hotel is beginning to show its age in some of the room decor. The Hotel is adjacent to a retail site (cinema, ten pin bowling, restaurant) which is good if there are really wet days, but most of the time there are better things to do!
