Th check in process was a complete joke! I am fully aware that “diamond” and “seven stars” members should get a faster check in service! However, there was 1 person to check in the “other” line! When we arrived at 3:24pm on a Sunday of long weekend, we were 4th in line! We waited….as the line grew behind us….for 45 minutes until they had a few other worker come to help check people in….at this point there were 45 people in line waiting to check in! After arriving to line at 3:24 and only having 4 people ahead of us…we were finally checked in at 4:30pm! Completely unacceptable! Upon arriving to our room, I was getting ready for dinner and found that the shower had no pressure and washing my hair was going to be an issue! We visit 10-12 hotels a year and this was by far not a good experience! I expects more from Cesar’s Windsor! I will save my money next year on our anniversary and stay somewhere else! Very disappointed!

We had to leave at 4 AM. The services that they said would be available were not available which was frustrating when we had to catch a train. Our first non smoking room smelled of smoke so we needed to move to a different non smoking room. On the positive side, there was a room available that did not smell like smoke.

Very large casino and the room was clean and nice. The parking and check-in was different from any hotel I’ve stayed at before, the parking is on a separate block but has a bridge leading into the hotel/casino. The check-in is through the casino and away from the parking bridge so you must walk through the casino with your luggage to get to check-in. The staff were extremely friendly. There’s a bar in the casino area that had live music. Conveniently placed atm/currency exchanges located throughout the casino floor. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Valet parking was difficult to find and valet attendants did not provide any direction about checking in until asked despite mentioning that we had never been here.

The fire alarm went off at 3:00am for almost half an hour. The rooms were never cleaned, apparently because it was booked via Expedia.

Service was terrible, in both the hotel and restaurants. Couldn't order food to the room and no one was helpful. Shower smelled like wet socks.

1. Claimed EV charging available, but there was none. 2. Had to walk through entire hotel & casino to check in, then walk all the way back to Forum tower - how silly. 3. Live band at bar was great. 4. Had view of Detroit, but windows were very dirty outside.

Caesars Windsor is a great hotel. I have stayed quite a few times. The rooms are clean and quiet. The check in staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this hotel.
