“VERY IMPRESSED with everything... especially the breakfast!!!!!”

Needed an extra roll away bed... got in less than 5 mins of asking... the room, pool, and hot tub was awesome... the breakfast was extremely good... very very very PLEASED....

“Definitely Would Stay Again”

We picked this hotel because it was close to the Dells and a cheaper option compared to what was available in the Dells. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast wasn't too bad for not having hot breakfast food. The Dells was a quick 20-30 minute drive pending traffic. The only disadvantage is that the town of Portage doesn't have a lot of options for restaurants. Overall, our stay was great. We had no complaints about the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

“Best room I've stayed in.”

Our room was great. The hotel serves breakfast until 10am on the weekend an 9 am during the week. We were not told that breakfast ended earlier during the wee so we had to go out. Whatever you to,don't eat at "Lets East" down the street. My husband and I were sick for two days after eating breakfast there.

“Best Western Hotel - Portage, Wi”

Overall it was a great stay. 1st room we stayed in had a musty smell, so we asked to be relocated which they did right away. 2nd room was clean but the blankets on the bed were stained. They were clean, but stained. The fan in the bathroom was very loud. When we took a shower there was a very irritating noise that came from the plumbing. Other than that, very friendly staff and clean rooms.
