"The hotel itself was clean and in a good location. The AC did not work. The hot water did it work. We were offered to switch rooms and the AC didn’t work well in the next room. The next morning we checked out early and they stopped our driver from taking us to the airport because they wanted us to pay a few dollars for food when our room should have been fully refunded. We almost missed our flight. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Quality for value, the place is "get what you pay for." It's located in China town, which sounds great, except you will NOT sleep!! The hotel is situated above a street market that begins setting up (screaming vendors, metal tables and stands slamming!!!) at 5am. The market is open till nearly 1am. "Unique this is my second trip was the hotel staff. When the staff works together well, you as a guest benefit. Also room service n rooftop restaurant food is 👍 good."

"Good service overall, and close to a main road with plenty of taxi service available. It's on a residential side street, across from food vendors, small family businesses, and a Buddhist school. Less than 15 minute driver to the downtown."
