“Good location.”
Good stay for the price. Extremely nice staff at the front desk. Cab service to the airport is paid for by the hotel, which was great AND on time :) Very close to the airport (its actually within walking distance). We'd stay there again.
“Not Impressed”
I had reason to reduce my length of stay from 5 nights to 4 nights. I notified the hotel five days before I was booked for the first night. They said OK, no problem. But the hotel did not tell me that I would have to notify EXPEDIA, which made the reservations for me, so as to not be charged for the day I canceled. Consequently, I had to pay EXPEDIA for a night that I did not stay there. That was an expensive lesson that the hotel could have advised me on with little effort and cost. The sugar and cream packets with the room's coffee were not supplied after the first night. The tissue box was empty in my room. I removed the empty box to the sink area. A new box was replaced, but was inconveniently left unopened.
“Not impressed”
Hotel was expensive,very run down rooms. Oustide there was garbage everywhere. Inside we had food still in the nightstands from the previous people, floors were not clean. We had a small dog which we paid to have and they put us on the second story, we were not the only people dissapointed as we talk to a few people. We will not stay there again

Internet doesn't work and not real clean. Older and poorly maintained.
“A TERRIBLE MOTEL”
Difficult to know where to start: Dried sticky syrup on side table. High number TV stations were unwatchable. Took a long time to change rooms because the receptionist/manager(?) took the maintenance man's word that TV was 'working' and did not contact me again; I had to keep calling and finally had to go to the reception area! Initially she said the maintence man would come & look. He didn't. Later she said that he had replaced a connection a day or two earlier but if he said it was 'working' he was lying. Everything in this motel looked cheap & old, or badly upgraded. The TV's were ancient. The doors badly needed repainting. Skipped the free breakfast since the area was small & we wanted to leave ASAP.
