"The property itself was in a very excellent location, because you have easy walkable access to the Petronas Twin Towers, the KLCC park which has a wonderful colorful water fountain ⛲️ show at night with music. "In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. "Great location right by Petaling Street. Our room was on the corner of the top floor with a view of the city and skyscrapers. The room is spacious enough for two. Our only complaint was that the bathroom seems run down, for example the towel rack was broken. The bathroom is small and the toilet doesn’t flush well. Other than that the room was well maintained and clean. Housekeeping was helpful and check in was easy. We had an early check in at 12pm for an additional 50rm."
