"I stayed for 6 nights at Park Royal, the suite was very comfortable and the hotel was clean and in a very good location for anyone wanting to stay in the Bukit Bintang area. It was also quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and professional, I would definitely stay again if I ever get another chance to travel to KL. "

"Pleasant enough stay for 4 nights. However some things that made the stay not enjoyable, completely filthy under the bed, I’m talking crayons, plastic and all sorts. Did not feel safe standing outside all the time for a cigarette. On the last night there was a ‘party’ with a huge obnoxious group. Meant I could not enjoy the skyline one last time, have a drink at the bar, or smoke as they surrounded me, all drunk and uncomfortably close. "I like that the hotel staff are very friendly. We arrived 12 pm and they allowed us to check in early as there are available clean room. Hotel manager told us they will give the room as long as available and not ask customers to wait till 3pm. Highly recommended as hotel is ideally located too."
