Cleanliness, Amenities, Location: Room is clean and of comfortable size, kettle is available for the tea/coffee provided in the room, hot/cold water pressure and drainage in the shower room is great, hotel is conveniently located near shopping buildings as well as train stations. Also, the excellent breakfast spread.

Room was as immaculately clean as it could be made, but carpet and furniture was old and kind of gross. Bed was fine and pillows were very good and bathroom was very nice and modern. Breakfast was excellent - a great assortment of options for all nationalities and staff was prompt and nice. Location is excellent and view from the room was beautiful. Would have given it a 10/10, but the rooms desperately need a refresh.

The hotel location is great for dining and shopping. It is walkable distance to Pavilion, Alor night street, Berjaya Time Square and other malls in Bukit Bintang. Free parking is also a plus for staying in this hotel.

Great location!!!

Hotel Capitol located at the Bukit Bintang area, very easy to access, mrt station nearby, lots of good food and shopping malls around in walking distance, had a great year end count down there. 👍

The hotel is located well for all the things we needed. Clean, comfortable room with good facilities. Only downside was the noise from the lifts which was quite noticeable.

I like that the hotel staff are very friendly. We arrived 12 pm and they allowed us to check in early as there are available clean room. Hotel manager told us they will give the room as long as available and not ask customers to wait till 3pm. Highly recommended as hotel is ideally located too.

Property is very convenient for night market and also taxi. Good shopping and eating places close by. Property condition is not great as it is shown in photos. One can get a view of KL tower as well as Twin towers from the room. It is bit noisy in the night due to night activities in the night market. It goes on till midnight.

I've been staying in this hotel a few times, but this time seems they're a bit understaffed since there are some things going on.. No staff helped us to bring the luggage, testing the fire alarm in the middle of the night and the next day a few times when we're sleeping, one lift undergoing repair, the basin stucks, etc.. Hope they'll improve since it's been a good location to stay

Clean room& good front desk but water presure NOt

Despite a smoking floor, but the room i stayed in without any trace of smoke nor cigarette smell. Great job to Somir the housekeeping staff always exceed my expectation on room Cleanliness. I will be keep coming. The ONLY problem i face is the water pressure in 1509, the standing shower is not strong as 1209 as well as the feet washing tap. I coming back soon.

Moudy shower wall but great reception services.

Room 1309 , standing shower area with lots of fungus n mould, carpet very dirty and sticky. But good water pressure. 1505 is still the best room i ever stay eventhough it is a smoking room but no smell at all commented by me as a asthmatic patience. Great reception service - the young lady checked me in is very passionate and helpful. Same to the lady checked me out. See u guys again in coming week

First day - room carpet, bed, curtain chairs , table dirty with dust, beverage and food stains, bathroom wall n floor gaps filled with mold n grime, barh towel with brown color stain n heavily frayed. Second day - Rooms attendant Somir done a very good job on cleaning the room. Air cond fan is slow Front office staffs as usually never stop attending to u with a big smile n attentive. All above is the Capitol deluxe room

Second time staying at this hotel. Decided to stay here again as we were attending a concert at sungei wang and the hotel is just beside it. Hotel is old but works fine. Was given a smoking room as no non smoking was available but thankfully the smell wasnt too strong. We could hear the lift going up and down even thou our room was at the corner. We could hear the street noises as it was a lively street with buskers and food vendors. They stop around 1am daily. Will recommend light sleepers to bring ear plugs. Room was somewhat clean but as the hotel is very old, the carpet is dirty and no room slippers were provided. The toilet was clean and big. Will reccomend this hotel for non fussy people because as mentioned, it is old but still functioning well.
