I was not allowed to check into the hotel with my daughter. They said since the room was placed under my husband card and he was not with me, it wasn’t possible. Although I was welcome to cancel his reservation. Unbelievable rude staff, would not provide confirmation that room had been canceled. We travel back and forth from California, and travel 25 weekends a year. I have NEVER been treated as poorly as I was at this hotel.
