Late check in because our room wasn't ready at 4:45pm. We were told late check out was an option but when the time came, it was not available due to being so busy, so we had to rush and remove our belongings from our room unexpectedly. We requested a rollaway bed and were told they would check and call us if one would be available for our room, they never called so we called only to be told it would not fit in our room. A friend was staying at the same hotel per her suggestion. She checked in after us, her room was not ready, and she was upgraded to a suite. Very friendly and informative staff, professional and welcoming. For us it was inconvenient at times and somewhat disappointing.
