This hotel was wonderful. We loved the Hollywood decor throughout and the bed was very comfortable. The room was great sized. We were sad the pool was freezing and couldn’t really be utilized. In addition our room TV only having direct tv limited what we could watch to what was on at the time no way to connect our streaming services. They do not clean your room unless you ask. It was quite noisy area and the windows being next to the bed made it very loud. We would definitely stay here again in a warmer month hoping to use the pool.

Very fun vibe. Lots of Hollywood iconic decor. Great location to walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Fun bar on site and great diner next door! Great location if going to a show at the Hollywood Bowl.

Overall fine, nothing great. The rooms are clean, but the hotel staff is useless. You have to pay for the valet but the valet is of no use, he asks you to park the car at the temporary parking spot and leave the keys. Then while taking your car, he'll just give you the keys and ask you to pull it out of the parking yourself. If that's the case, then why pay for it? I'd prefer self parking but that's not an option. Also I was living there for 2 nights, and while checking in, the receptionist told me that there will not be any cleaning in the room for the two nights. Overall, I have no reason to come back.

We stayed in the Star Wars room and it was so cute and the bed was reeeeeaaaallllly cozy! The TV is ginormous and it was fun to watch live cable TV for the first time in YEARS! The only negative thing is that the towels are old and over washed! They need some new fresh towels and then it would be perfect!

Our room was beautifully decorated and we loved the theme. Even the bathroom was amazing. We had a view of the Hollywood sign which was the icing on the cake. The valet parking service was a bit pricey but very easy and excellent service. The receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable. We walked to Hollywood Boulevard but were very disappointed at how dirty and run down it was. We couldn't find anywhere to eat so went back to the hotel diner only to find it was closed as there had been a private event. We were advised to walk another 10 minutes to Franklin Village where we found lots of lovely dining options. We had breakfast in the hotel diner which was incredibly busy and popular but service was great and the food was good too. When I booked I noted a $15 food voucher per person but then couldn't find any evidence of this so we couldn't make use of it and paid in full. An expensive but nice stay.

I enjoyed my stay so much. I loved the atmosphere with all the vintage photographs of celebrities from the past. The hotel was clean. The food in the restaurant was very good.
