When asked about the lot across the street the response was “I don’t know” not helpful. . Charge of 25 dollars for early check in. Never experienced that before. A bit exploitative in my view. Cleaning staff was lovely. "

Our favorite Seattle restaurant was recommended to us by the the guy at the front desk two years ago and we could not be happier with the service and care. It's within walking distance of everything you could possibly want to visit while in Seattle. There's no downside. "

"First night the front desk employee gave me door cards to a room that was occupied! Then they assigned us to another room and when we went to grab something to eat and return the card to the room didn’t work I had to go again down to the front desk and they had to reactivate the card!"
