"I have stayed here several times for business and most recently for a family vacation. It has always been a pleasure. The hotel is conveniently located to all the famous spots within Berlin and yet seems quiet. The rooms are spacious and modern. Overall a pleasure staying here. The lobby lounge/ bar is open until late and is perfect for a late night dessert/ drink sitting indoors while listening to the pianist or outdoors watching the world go by. We will surely be back!"

"Looking for a hotel in Berlin which is a little better than what we have experienced in our previous visits. This place is a gem. 2 min walk from the U3 metro gets you quickly anywhere you want to go. Excellent room with excellent cleaning daily. Never tried the food or bar as plenty of both within 10 min walk of the hotel. In honesty I am not a fan of travelling to berlin due to the chaos at BER so being a Brit expect inefficiency at its highest level compared to all the other citys in...

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"This place has lots of old-world charm and is really clean. The staff is very helpful in the concierge way. It's in a great part of town with lots of transport, supermarkets, and nice restaurants but few tourists (that's good). You can walk to downtown Berlin in about 20 minutes."
