Brilliant hotel for a city break with kids. Lots of choice at breakfast, all areas of hotel bright and clean. Friendly staff even when arriving at midnight. Great location for walking and next door to a station so easy to get everywhere. Cannot recommend this hotel enough

Loved this hotel. Would definitely revisit. Rooms were very comfortable. Easy to get around the hotel. Breakfast choice was varied. Would absolutely recommend. We walked everywhere so location was good.

A very warm welcome on arrival, friendly staff lovely room with a great view. The bar was lovely for a drink after a busy day. The breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The location was great for exploring Berlin being next to one metro and within a short walk of another.

1st time stayed in Scandic Hotel - Loved it! We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Cleaned facility, walkable distance to Malls & restaurants & U-Bahn (U2) station, surrounding felt very safe, nice & quiet in the evening, comfy bed, good hospitality, and best of all—- excellent breakfast! We traveled over 40 countries in the past 20 years and stayed in accommodations from AirBnB to 5 stars hotel, this one is worth to mention; we will stay here again next time .

Great staff, good location. Good food and coffee outlets nearby. Nice rooms. Wonderful breakfast although coffee machine beans flavour not quite to my taste. Just a couple of niggles; arrived Saturday and left Monday but no housekeeping service? The shower handset holder was broken and head flopped down, so showering meant holding the handset constantly.

My stay at Scandic exceeded all expectations. The hotel is clean, quiet, and conveniently located near the U and S trains. The staff were exceptional; communication was seamless, and their service was incredibly accommodating. Cameron, who checked me in, was both kind and understanding. Since my room was ready ahead of time, I was able to check in early, drop off my luggage, and explore the city right away. One evening, my ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign was misplaced in the hallway, but the staff quickly provided a replacement, even late at night (around 10 pm). I truly appreciate the hospitality and comfort during my stay, and I will definitely return the next time I’m in Berlin!
