"This is the fifth time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I arrived extremely late and was exhausted. The room I got was at the end of a hallway and had an unusua layout with windows across two sides of the room. The HVAC was loud, I was feeling too shattered to deal with the weirdness and I went back to the front desk to ask for a different room.
